MARK RENNER has received notice from Maxwell Air Force Base of his acceptance in the Air Force R O T C for a four-year-scholarship at the University of Evansvifle where he is presently enrolled as a pre-law freshman. This scholarship was one of two given to Evansville. The other one going to a senior, and will pay all costs, plus a small amount for personal expenses. Renner, who is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank "Bud" Rennerof R R.3, is a 1974 Indian Creek High School graduate. (Publisher; publication date; unknown.)

RENNER-LAWSON - Rebecca Lou Lawson and Mark Franklin Renner were united in marriage Feb. 18 at Neu Chapel on the campus of the University of Evansville.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George D. Lawson of Evansville, while the parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. M. F. Renner of Martinsville.
The Rev. Patricia Sanders read the vows at the early afternoon ceremony.
Rhonda Tapp was matron of honor and Deborah Walling was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kristiann and Belinda Renner of Martinsville, sisters of the bridegroom. Amanda Lawson of Terre Haute, niece of the bride, was the flower girl, while rice girls were Heather Lawson of Terre Haute, niece of the bride, and Cindy Cline of Martinsville, cousin of the bridegroom.
Brian Renner of Lafayette was his brother's best man, and groomsmen were Mark Oberholtzer, Francis Murphy and Greg Lawson of Terre Haute, brother of the bride. Ushering the guests were Dan Noel and Jim McEntarfer.
At the reception in the Imperial Room of the Jackson House, assisting the guests were Cindy Carter of Kokomo, Lynn Fritz and Jeanne Korff of Terre Haute. Rebecca Shipley registered the guests.
The couple will graduate in May from the University of Evansville. He will enroll at Indiana University School of Law in the fall. They will reside at 2121-B Lincoln Ave., Evansville.
